Farm Inoue

Soba nurtured in breathtaking landscapes,
Prepared by a master artisan,
Bringing you a moment of pure bliss.

I am the fourth generation to run Inoue Farm, located in Shimogoku, the birthplace of Furano onions. Today, while onions remain our primary crop, we also grow sweet corn, snap peas, asparagus, and Botan soba.

To maximize its unique natural sweetness, our Botan soba is grown pesticide-free using primarily organic fertilizers. We pursue the authentic flavor of Botan soba through a traditional stone-milling process that generates no heat, perfectly preserving its rich aroma and taste.

For True Quality,
It All Starts with the Soil

Delicious crops come from healthy soil.
We nourish our fields with abundant green manure and compost.

Furthermore, we are committed to SDGs by promoting sustainable farming with reduced pesticides and chemical fertilizers, ensuring stable production, and creating local jobs.

Through these efforts, we aim to pass Furano’s beautiful environment down to future generations.
